Focused Goddess Tie-On

Tie-on waist beads offer the advantage of semi-permanence, making them great for tracking and commemorating personal milestones and promises like weight loss. You wear them while bathing, sleeping, swimming, etc. until they break or are cut off. 

Each strand is made with 45" cotton thread. To tie them on, you simply place them around your waist, decide where you want them to sit, remove the excess beads and tie. Strands are typically tied around the waist and secured with 3-4 knots.
